2007

  • Interarch becomes the single largest turnkey supplier of Pre-Engineered Construction Solutions in India.
  • Interarch made a private equity placement with Indivision Investment Advisors, a private equity fund managed by Future Capital Holdings, offloading 13.3% stake to raise USD 25 Million.
