External Building Maintenance Tip:

If your building is located near costal, marine or industrial areas then a periodic check should be made and external panels of roof & cladding should be cleaned with water & mild detergent to avoid damaged as over a period of time a layer of salt gets deposited on them.

PEB in India-2010

India has traditionally looked at brick and mortar construction as the final word for most commercial and residential building requirements. The use of steel is now slowly being explored for all its indigenous properties. It is light weight, durable and most importantly, steel structures are very quick to construct.

The recovery post-recession has had a definitive positive impact on the PEB industry since the first sign of economic health is growth in demand for infrastructure.
