Dear Reader,
As we come to the end of the
second quarter we thought of sharing with you the top
performing sectors which have shown good potential and
growth for Pre-Engineering Metal Building Market in India.
The top contributor has been the Automotive sector with
Interarch winning over 26 projects in last 6 months from the
likes of TATA Motors Ltd, Hero Honda Motors Ltd, Gabriel
India Ltd followed by 18 project wins from the Manufacturing
sector with majors like Asian Paints Limited, Ballarpur
Industries & TT Limited. They have been followed by Light
Engineering, Warehousing & Agriculture sectors which
together have contributed around 20 projects with major wins
being Oswal Industries Limited, Groz Engineering Tools Pvt
Ltd & Delhi Cargo.
The major contributors in the last six months in terms of
states have been Karnataka followed by Maharashtra and
Haryana with equal contribution from all other states.
We believe in the next two quarter’s the Automotive &
Infrastructure sector is going to lead the development
followed by Warehousing & Logistics and the Manufacturing
sector. Major development is going take place in Southern &
Western part of India where states like Gujarat,
Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh will be major
contributors.
Interarch has also become a member of the IGBC (Indian Green
Building Council). We now want to focus on building green
buildings which have energy efficiency as their central
theme, a trend which is finally catching up in India.

World is a new theme park near the
international airport in Abu Dhabi in the
United Arab Emirates. It is located directly
by the circuit Yas Marina where the F1 races
take place since 2009.
Interesting facts
about the construction
- Ferrari World was
opened on November 4th 2010. The project
cost more than 40 billion dollars. It’s the
world’s largest theme park and home to the
world’s fastest rollercoaster.
- Ferrari World is the largest indoor
theme park in the world – the section
available to visitors is 86,000 square
meters, big enough to fit seven football
pitches placed end to end.

The roof is 200,000 square meters and
carries the largest Ferrari logo – the most
famous prancing horse – ever created.

The park is able to host up to 10,000
visitors a day and employs more than 900
staff.
