Hope you all have had a great Holi!
This issue of our monthly newsletter covers various areas
related to steel structures and their applications.
We also have tried throwing light on one of the most
preferred applications of steel construction today –
Pre-Engineered Multi-Level car parking. With booming
infrastructural development in India, free space is reducing
rapidly. This issue explains how pre-engineered multi-level
car parking is one of the best and the most reliable
techniques that can be adopted in many forms of commercial
buildings.
Interarch has always laid emphasis on safety at its plants
and sites and this issue covers activities undertaken on the
National Safety Day on the 4th of March 2011 at the
Interarch manufacturing plant in Uttarakhand. A letter of
appreciation presented recently to Interarch from Tata
Motors, acknowledging our quality and safety standards has
added another feather to our cap. We have shared a copy of
the letter in this issue sharing our joy with all our
readers.
India has for long been known as an agricultural land. The
richness of the soil has helped India with rich agricultural
produce. But due to the lack of proper storage systems many
of these get wasted. Warehouses are one such critical
storage areas that come to great use by the farmers, and
this issue of the newsletter showcases Interarch’s work in
developing the best quality warehouses across India in the
rural sectors.

already famous in all developed nation, due to its minimal
maintenance cost and negligible human interference for
operation. These structures require negligible space when
compared to present parking facilities. With the increase in
demand for cars and the limitations to space Pre Engineered

National Safety Day and Week in Interarch |

 At Interarch, Safety is not
just a Statement- It is a way of life and is followed by all
employees. The 40th National Safety Day Campaign was
celebrated on the 04thof March 2011 at the Uttarakhand
Manufacturing plant of Interarch. The event was spearheaded
by the National Safety Council.
This year Mr. RP Singh, GM-Works, demonstrated safety related
procedures to all employees and advised them to integrate
Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) in their work culture and
lifestyle. He also reiterated that there will be no
compromise in enforcing safety measures at workplace.
The week long campaign was followed up with lectures on
safety awareness , practical demonstrations on use of PPEs
and Fire Fighting Training sessions by the HR Department.
The event had the employees of Interarch attending in full
strength.
