To ensure un-matched quality, safety and delivery of the project with-in stipulated time frame we at Interarch have started a new initiative this month. We have set-up Training and Development function to ensure that all site supervisors, workers and partner builders get proper training through specially designed training programs and written material. At Interarch Building Products it is always our endeavour to works towards high customer satisfaction and with this initiative we hope to meet that objective.

Interarch TRACDEK^® Profiles

TRACDEK^® profiles are available in both ribbed and flat panels to give a variety
of finishes for attractive roofing and cladding of domestic, commercial and industrial applications. The profiles are available in the following standard finishes:

Organic coated pre-painted Galvalume^® high tensile steel with silicon polyester or fluropolymer (PVF2) coating.

Organic coated pre-painted galvanized steel with polyester coating.

Organic coated pre-painted aluminium with fluoropolymer (PVF2) coating.

Bare Galvalume^® and galvanized finishes.

All the roof and wall coverings are supplied with custom accessories such as flashing, cappings, futters, trims, fasteners, etc. which are formed out of the same substrates and coatings as the roof and wall covering panels.

Green Buildings - Perceptions and Realities

Perception #1: Green buildings are costlier

Reality: Considerable research and analysis has been carried out with regard to the cost impacts of a green building.

The cost could be slightly higher than a conventional building. This cost however should be looked in relation to its life cycle cost. The building based on the principles of green design will certainly be cost-effective in the long run.

Clear span steel buildings are unique to Interarch and they have no columns and allow use of entire interior space. Interarch has completed some of the largest clear span buildings in India, with spans greater than 80m. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. (HMSI), the fully owned subsidiary of Honda Motor Company of Japan. Honda Company came to the Indian shores in 2004 with the launch of the sleek Honda Unicorn. Honda followed up its success with motorbikes by ground-breaking scooters like the Honda Activa, which has owners all over the country beaming with pride and pleasure.
