According to him if we see the business 10 years back, engineers were playing a lead role in the construction industry but as the business scenario changed, different needs emerged in the market due to which the role of engineers passed on to the architects taking care of every small aspect and in the coming few years architects will hold a key position in any business.

Under leadership of Mr. Kochar, Ansal Group is in the planning to step into construction of marketing office of Meerut using the Light Gauge Framing System. Ansal Group is also planning to explore Pre Engineered Steel Building for construction in metro cities.

Mr. Neeraj feels that now Green Building concept has been slowly adopted in India as people are more becoming a more environment conscious and promoting the industries to use technology which does not interfere in the ecological balance. The objective of green building is to reduce the overall impact of the built environment on human health and natural environment.

According to him Pre Engineered steel is finding new application in form of multi-storey building in India, one of the recent example can be seen standing tall in Mumbai-“Antila”

Mr. Kochar said that he would suggest that construction companies in India should take the initiative to use the new technology EPDN which is now easily available and is used as a water proofing material. He also emphasized on the use of metal building for the small as well as for the large building, he said that it is very easy to construct, employees less labour and it can be easily dismantle and relocated.
