New Innovation in Design using Interarch Infrastructure Structural Steel by Mr. Sanjay Modi, CEO Interarch Infrastructure

Interarch Infrastructure takes innovation in engineering and strives to go beyond the realm of conventional construction with its team of leading engineers, world-class manufacturing and efficient project handling, for heavy project construction.

Interarch Infrastructure started Infra Engineering division in January 2013 for design, building and erection of complex and large steel structure using
Pre-engineering technology. Considering the requirement of accurate construction and preliminary clash detection we decided to adopt Tekla
Structure because Tekla enables to create highly detailed model which can be used by other agency to incorporate other building information. Currently we are using TeklaBIMSight (Real 3D web based Model) for our project department which is really very useful for our project people to understand & visualize the real & 3 Dimensional structure.

Advantages of using Tekla software:-
Building information modeling integration.
Useful for Large & complex Structure using 3D modeling.
Create highest degree of accuracy in modeling which will be useful for making error free fabrication.
Real experience from Design & detailing to construction Site.
Common platform for modelling, detailing, creating manufacturing drawings, execution drawing, material management and many other inherent features.
Drawings Accuracy

Overview of Cement Industry in India
India's potential in infrastructure is vast and cement plays a vital role in the growth and development of the nation. India is the second largest producer
of cement in the world. The cement industry has been expanding on the back of increasing infrastructure activities and demand from housing sector over the past many years.
India's cement sector had clocked a 5.6 per cent growth in 2012-13 and projects a growth of 5-6 per cent in the next fiscal, which would be supported by an expected increase in demand from the rural sector and tier II and tier III cities, as per India Ratings and Research report
The Indian cement sector is expected to witness positive growth in coming years, with demand set to increase at compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 8 per cent during 2013-14 to 2015-16, according to RNCOS report titled, ‘Indian Cement Industry Outlook 2016’.
The overall growth of the cement sector contributes to the growth of the various cement manufacturers and many foreign player’s investment in India. Henceforth increase in the scope of construction in this sector at a very high pace.

Tips for Working at Site During Summers
Employers should take the following steps to protect workers from heat stress:
Schedule maintenance and repair jobs in hot areas for cooler months.
Schedule hot jobs for the cooler part of the day.
Acclimatize workers by exposing them for progressively longer periods to hot work environments.
Reduce the physical demands of workers.
Use relief workers or assign extra workers for physically demanding jobs.
Provide cool water or liquids to workers.
o Avoid alcohol, and drinks with large amounts of caffeine or sugar.
Provide rest periods with water breaks.
Provide cool areas for use during break periods.
Monitor workers who are at risk of heat stress.
Provide heat stress training that includes information about:
o Worker risk
o Prevention
o Symptoms
o The importance of monitoring yourself and coworkers for symptoms
o Treatment
