The year 2014 was a good year for Interarch , we have been able to secure more than 350 orders across Indian from clients like Ultratech Cement Limited, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Fortis Hospitals, JCB India , Perto India Pvt Ltd, JSW Steel , TATA Motors and many more.
This edition of the Newsletter will showcase many innovative solutions accomplished by Interarch this year right from Multi-storey buildings to a 99 M Clear-Span to installation of
125 MT crane at a height of 22 M

We are happy to announce, this year we have been successfully able to convert RCC and site fabricated steel applications to Pre- Engineered steel in new industries like steel, power & cement. We are also pleased & appreciate the fact that the consumers are getting ahead of the price sensitive market and are considering companies providing better and quality product.

 Interarch during the year executed many campaigns at site to educate and train partner builders to enlighten them with some very useful and effective project management tips to ensure the maximum quality and best safety conditions for workers at site
Correct Procedures for handling materials:
 Interarch illustrated some best practices to be followed at site to keep the environment clean like emission controls, energy saving tips, water wastage avoidance tips, recycling of wooden battens, approved treatment of insulation materials and their disposal, using water based paints rather than solvent based etc.
Tips for workers working at site during summer month:
 To ensure the healthy conditions of the workers during summer Interarch provided some self-care tips for the workers on site like wearing light colored clothes, avoiding alcohol, maintaining optimum level of water in the body, taking breaks to avoid over-heating and stress etc. |

| Tips for working during monsoon seasons |
 |
Provide employees with adequate facilities and equipment such as safety helmets. |
|
Raincoats, gumboots with anti-slip sole to ensure their safety at work |
|
Don’t be in hurry, be cautious and move slowly & carefully on wet and slippery surfaces |
|
Avoid walking through puddles no matter how shallow they appear |
|
Do not use damp nylon belts for lifting the material as they are to prone wear off and break |
|
Use only appropriate wire ropes for lifting the material |
|
Check all machinery controls to ensure proper operation before use |
|
Ensure the scaffolding, rope ladder foot holds are free from any slip hazards or loose soil |
|
Stay away from power lines and poles at the site, always treat them cautiously as they are dangerous |
|
Be alert for damaged plugs and cords on electrical appliances and fixtures. Don't touch or use them if they are damaged |
|
All electrical work should be carried out using appropriate rubber mats |
|
Ensure proper drainage of still water which is a breeding place for mosquitoes and empty water from outdoor items such as old tires, cans and flower pot bases |
|
| Safety Campaign : |
| Like supervisors should ensure requisite safety inspections after work resumes, to carry out the outdoor installations, such as scaffoldings, temporary supports, cranes, suspended working platforms, power supply plant, etc. before they are put into use. |

Where in workers were told the importance of National Safety Week, various trainings on Unloading of Material, Work at height, Electrical Hazard etc being held during the week. Different competitions like-Full Body Safety Harness Wearing Competition, safety quiz followed by the distributions of gifts and sweets were also the part of the program. |
