 Karyavattomstadium is located near state capital Trivandrum, Kerala. It will host the opening and closing ceremonies of the 35th National Games of India to be held in Kerala. The playing arena in the stadium will be constructed in line with FIFA regulations and International Cricket Council norms. It is the flagship Sports Infrastructure Project of Government of Kerala, being implemented in the Public
Private Partnership (PPP) mode of Infrastructure development, based on the Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Model.
Interarch has to detail the structure of 23 m wide and 125 m arc length with tubular truss structure at a height of 53.00m from Ground level. Complicated truss system with lot of splice connections has been detailed with latest software TEKLA and accuracy maintained with 3-D model.It has primary & secondary trusses which is 100% Pre-fabricated at a factory in controlled quality standards, transported and bolted at a given heights as per Interarch’s EHS Policy

VMS was started in 1963 by Mr.Vakil , Dr. Mehta & Mr.Sheth with now rich experience of over 50 years now largely focusses on Industrial and Infrastructure projects.
Mr. Vakil has studied MS from U.S.A and Dr Mehta is a PHD scholar from U.S.A in Structural Designs.
We feel that everyone these day have same pattern for sheeting which are vertical designs, New design has been implemented which is horizontal corrugation for sheeting.
Recently we have noticed that role of architect has definitely changed over the past few years and we feel that pre-engineered buildings have more scope than before and which will further increase in the future. Now pre-engineered steel buildings are being used for new applications like constructions of multistory buildings in India.
Our favorite building project which we have worked on is Metro Minerals, Alwar&Eden GardensKolkata, Alstom Group
Green buildings have good scope in India and the concept is picking up very quickly as well and more and more people are getting inclined towards this concept
We would also like to give a tip, while finalizing a pre-engineered building one should also order ladder to reach the roof so that maintenance of the roof can be done easily and gutters can be cleaned in monsoons.

Originally commissioned by Standard Oil of Indiana, the building uses a tubular steel frame structure to support itself and provide the building with its weather and earthquake resistant properties. Designed by the late Edward Durell Stone, the 88-storey skyscraper is the third tallest building in Chicago (behind the Sears and Trump towers) and third tallest all-steel building in the world.
It is built between 1970 and 1972 by Turner Construction (now a subsidiary of Hochtief, the building also held the record for the tallest marble clad tower.
Like the Willis Group which has naming rights on the tallest tower in Chicago, Aon is an insurance brokerage firm. The company specilaises in risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage. The Aon Centre is the company's world headquarters.
