Interarch in 2014 designed, manufactured and delivered a fabrication shop and assembly shop for JCB India Limitid in Jaipur.The buildings are spread over the area of 30400 Sq. Mt and 22800 Sq. Mt. respectively. The project was completed in record period of 6 Months.

SMS India Pvt. Ltd
Interarch with its vast experience in delivering heavy and complex structures delivered this project for SMS India Private Limited in Odisha. The project is spread over an area of 23000 Sq. M and the tonnage of the building is 3000 MT.
SMS group is into metallurgical plant and rolling mill technology from one source. Their plants, machines, services and process know-how are used in the steel, aluminum and nonferrous metal industry worldwide.

Interarch delivered a manufacturing unit for Hindustan Unilever Limited in Pondicherry which is a G+6 Structure.
Hindustan Unilever Limited is an Indian consumer goods company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is owned by Anglo-Dutch Company Unilever which owns a 52% controlling share in HUL.

Ultratech Cement Limited
Interarch designed, manufactured and executed many buildings for Ultratech Cement Limited in the western region. This is a 62 M clear span building; Limestone Covering Shed is currently under execution by Interarch for Ultratech Cement. The project has a length of 469 M and is spread over an area of 29078 Sq. M which showcases Interarch’s capability to execute large clear span buildings.

 Toto Ceramics India, a subsidiary of TOTO, Japan has recently commissioned the largest Japanese investment in India by setting up integrated toilet ceramic product manufacturing at Halol, near Vadodara (Gujarat), with the growing demand of construction industry and infrastructure development, high quality ceramic product is finding Indian market as one of the largest destination to grow.
Interarch India’s leading player in Pre-Engineered steel building Construction company has provided complete engineering, manufacturing & Supply solution and has delivered largest single roof building for this facility with over 35,000 SQ.M of area with heavy loading to accommodate hanging services, hanging loads, mezzanines, cranes, partitions, canopies .
Interarch manufactured, supplied and erected over 2000 MT of steel structure for the main building in a record time of 8 months. There are many other utility buildings apart from main plant building.
 This project was executed in association with SMCC construction India Ltd, a leading Japanese EPC company, where in Interarch supported SMCC by efficient engineering, fast manufacturing, supply and delivery of the project under strict safety and quality standard
Interarch has been working associated with SMCC formany major projectsin the past few years have executed nearly 100 Pre-Engineered Steel buildings, including Honda scooters India Pvt ltd in Bhiwadi,Yamaha Motors in Chennai, Panasonic India in Gurgaon, Anchor in Daman, Nippon pipes and many more.
Recently Interarch has started working on Honda Scooter in Gujarat, which will be commissioned by 2015.

| Know your Interarch Pre-Engineered Buildings: Crimp Curved Eave With Concealed Gutter

 The graceful appearance of a curved eave adds elegance to a building and gives it an aesthetic look and increases the life of the roof due to proper roof drainage system. We at Interarch specify combination of both crimp curved eave with concealed gutter.
Crimp Curved Eave:-
Crimp Curved Trackdec Hi-Rib is developed to provide versatility and creativity. It brings new and refreshing design to commercial, industrial and domestic buildings.
The design freedom can result in significant cost saving in construction mainly due to:
a) Reduction or elimination of many flashings
b) Less cladding material required for covering a given curve
Crimp curved Tracdeck Hi-Rib is available in polyester coated galvanized steel or organic coated galvalume.
Concealed Gutter :-
A proper roof drainage system is essential in prolonging the life of the roof system of a Pre-Engineered steel Building and it even reduces the maintenance cost
Concealed gutter is available in 2mm thick M.S./G.I. /M.S. with FRP lining gutter with PVC pipe.

| Architect’s Interview: Malhotra & Associates |

  Architect Ashok Malhotra (Born 1964) comes from a service class family with a humble background. He graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 1987 and joined a consultancy firm at Jaipur as Assistant Architect.
Ashok Malhotra has been a man of belief. While pursuing his job, he participated in a national level architectural design competition for a commercial complex, organized by Urban Improvement Trust, Alwar. He diligently worked on the project in his personal capacity along with his regular job and stood second in the contest amongst 30 participants with some very prominent architectural firms across the country. It filled him with a distinct vision and a self confidence to venture independently in the field of architectural consultancy.
Malhotra & Associates came into existence in 1990 & now Malthotra & Associates is one of the leading architectural consultancy firm having expertise in high rise residential and commercial projects. The firm also has made a distinct name for itself in designing educational campuses. The firm pioneered in creating world class modern shopping malls at Jaipur by designing EMMAR MGF METROPOLITAN MALL, which is seen as a landmark structure on the landscape of Jaipur City. The firm also designed JECRC University Campus as another landmark building, with all exposed brick and concrete work, giving a distinct character to all the buildings within the campus. Also, Malhotra & Associates have taken their business overseas as well and have procured projects at DRC Congo (Africa), which include 5-Star Hotels, commercial complexes and residential apartments. Some of the buildings are as high as 110 meters.
He believes that in future pre-engineered technology will be extensively used for residential as well as commercial accommodation in form of high rise buildings. Further Commenting on the green building aspect he expressed, The scope of Green buildings is very vast for the Indian market. It proves to be relevant and beneficial as there is a lot of scope of scrap material to be used.Conservation of resources and energy is very crucial element now. Green buildings have always been part of the Indian ethos. The large-scale adoption today comes naturally for Indian designers and architects. The only change, perhaps, that we are seeing today is the need to blend our traditional wisdom with contemporary technologies and practices. This can largely be attributed to the changes in lifestyle and general increase in economic affordability of the people. |

| Building Made Possible in Steel: China World Trade Center III |

| China World Trade Center Tower III is a supertall skyscraper with 81 floors, 4 underground floors, and 30 elevators in Beijing,China. Beijing’s tallest building is another Skidmore Owings and Merrill designed structure, and the fourth tallest that contractors Arup have constructed.The 81 storey tower is a remarkable accomplishment given that it sits on a geologically active area, making it one of the tallest buildings in any zone of high seismic activity. |

| Proving that the building was capable of withstanding major seismic events was a challenge, and Arup introduced a composite steel plate shear wall at the base of the tower to cope with stress placed on it during an earthquake. |
