 The most criticized issue about constructing environmentally friendly buildings is the price. Photo-voltaics, new appliances, and modern technologies tend to cost more money. Most green buildings cost a premium but yield 10 times as much over the entire life of the building.
In regards to the financial benefits of green building, “Over 20 years, the financial payback typically exceeds the additional cost of greening by a factor of 4-6 times. And broader benefits, such as reductions in greenhouse gases (GHGs) and other pollutants have large positive impacts on surrounding communities and on the planet.

These components are then transported to site in pre-finished and pre-fabricated condition for simple bolt-on assembly. |

 Definition
Daylight panels are provided at the roof as well as walls to transmit the natural
daylight in pre-engineered steel buildings.
Materials used for Daylight Panels
Daylight panels are FRP or polycarbonate panels which is made of translucent white acrylic, fibreglass.
Benefits of Daylight Panel:-
1. Natural Light
The primary benefit and purpose of daylights is to provide reasonable level of day lighting by using natural sunlight.
 2. Energy Efficiency/ Green/ Money Saving
Daylights increases the amount of natural light which in turn gives less heating costs
on colder days, and reduce lighting costs during the day time. Daylighting serve many purposes; they save money by cutting down utility costs; reduce electricity consumption and, in turn, reduce carbon-dioxide emissions; bring sustainable design to buildings and ensure increased longevity.
