Interarch successfully delivered first full PEB auto plant in India, The Halol project for General Motors. This plant was first of its kind in the country, a benchmark for Pre-engineered buildings in automotive sector. Interarch building products has vast experience in automotive and ancillary buildings. The project was delivered in phases, first phase was executed in 6 weeks’ time which was of complete structure and sheeting material & erection was done in 4 weeks’ time.

General Motors India Private Limited is a Joint venture between General Motors & Hindustan Motors. GM came to India in 1996. The Halol&TalegaonDabhade manufacturing plants have a combined production capacity of 385000 vehicles annually. The Halol plant single handedly has a capacity of 85000 units annually which has been upgraded / extended up to 1.10 lakh units annually.

Total area of the project was 10,385 sq. m the project was completed in 4 months. The Project was carried out as per General Motors India safety systems and procedures and very high standards of quality were followed as per the Quality Assurance Plan and other technical specifications relevant to International Standards.
