Interarch Building Solutions Limited commenced its operations in 1983, and has been involved in the high-end metal interior products market in India. Interarch provides solutions, right from metal ceilings, to blinds, metal roofing to pre-engineered buildings.
Today, 40 years later, Interarch is one of the leading turnkey pre-engineered steel construction solution providers in India with integrated facilities for design and engineering, manufacturing, on-site project management capabilities for the installation and erection of pre-engineered steel buildings. Interarch works in close association with its partners in project development and construction, providing support to critical industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects.
We commenced operations in 1983, with the manufacture and sale of metal suspended ceiling systems (under the brand, "TRAC®"). Subsequently, in 1993, we introduced metal roofing and cladding systems (under the brand, "TRACDEK®"), before commencing supply of complete pre-engineered buildings in 1999.
We have evolved into a turn-key pre-engineered building solutions provider, with integrated facilities for design and engineering, manufacture, and on-site project management capabilities for the installation and erection of pre-engineered buildings supplied by us which enable us to deliver end-to-end solutions to our customers.

Inauguration of our 5th State-of-the-Art PEB Manufacturing plant in Athivaram, Andhra Pradesh
Interarch manufactures it's products in-house at our five manufacturing facilities, comprising two manufacturing facilities in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, one in Pantnagar, one in Kichha Uttarakhand and one in Athivaram Andhra Pradesh. Interach has the second largest aggregate installed capacity of 1,61,000 mt/annum as of December 2024.
The Pantnagar Manufacturing Facility is located in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, India and was set up in 2005. We undertake production of PEB steel structures, comprising complete PEBs, primary systems (consisting of built-up sections such as H-shaped structures and I-shaped structures), and secondary framing systems (consisting of built-up sections and accessories such as angles and bracings).
The Kichha Manufacturing Facility is located in Kichha, Uttarakhand, India and was set up in 2008. We undertake production of (i) PEB steel structures comprising complete PEBs, primary framing systems (consisting of built-up sections such as H-shaped structures and I-shaped structures), and secondary framing systems (consisting of built-up sections and accessories such as angles, bracings and galvanized cold formed C&Z sections made from galvanized coils), (ii) metal ceilings and corrugated roofing, comprising metal suspended ceiling systems, metal roofing and cladding systems and permanent/metal decking (lost shuttering) over steel framing, and (iii) LGFS .
Tamil Nadu Manufacturing Facility I is located in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, India and was set up in 2007. Interarch undertakes production of metal ceilings and corrugated roofing, comprising metal suspended ceilings systems and metal roofing and cladding systems at the Tamil Nadu Manufacturing Facility I.

AP I is located at Attivaram - APIIC Industrial Park in Tirupati District and was inaugurated on September 4th, 2024. Our AP plant specialises in the production of high quality of Steel structures, and offers complete PEB solutions under one roof. This new facility is equipped with advanced technology and automated machinery, enabling enhanced production capacity and superior precision engineering.
