
Arvind Nanda is the Managing Director of Interarch, a 1000 crore, ISO 9001:2015 Company. Arvind has built Interarch, along with his partner from a 2-employee company to a company with over 1400 people; spread across India with 3 manufacturing facilities in Pantnagar, Kichha and Sriperumbudur. He exercises strong management skills and has expertise in systems and finance issues. He has been successfully practicing effective employee management abilities for the past 40 years.
Arvind is a product of Modern School, New Delhi and he graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce. He went on to do his Chartered Accountancy from the UK and has worked in UK and India before starting Interarch in 1984.
Gautam Suri is the Founder Director of Interarch Building Products Private Ltd, a 1000 crore, ISO 9001:2015 Company, with over 1400 permanent employees. Interarch was launched by him and Arvind in 1984 and today the company has emerged as a pioneering pre-engineered metal building systems manufacturer facilities in Pantnagar, Kichha and Sriperumbudur.
With his professional engineering background, Gautam has led Interarch to become a leading service and solution provider in steel construction. The company has grown to become the largest metal building products manufacturer in the country. The companies clients list includes HUL, IndoSpace, JSW, Godrej & Boyce, Asian Paints, Carlsberg, P&G, Coca-Cola, JCB, Panasonic, Volkswagen, Siemens, LM Wind, LOGOS, ESR, Cargill, Yamaha, Honda, MG Motors, Kia Motors, ITC, CEAT, PepsiCo etc.
Apart from spearheading operations at Interarch; Gautam has also been a consulting engineer for the last 47 years and has designed acoustics facilities for over 1500 projects including several prestigious buildings including Vigyan Bhawan, India Habitat Centre, Delhi Vidhan Sabha, Delhi Airport (DIAL), Mumbai Airport (MIAL), PVR and DT Multiplex to name a few.
He is a member of various international and national industry bodies including the Acoustical Society of America, Acoustical Society of India, and various committees of the Bureau of Indian Standards. He has also been a visiting faculty at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Gurgaon and TVB School of Habitat Studies, New Delhi. He has written and presented several papers and seminars in the field of Acoustics, Audio and Noise Control.
Gautam is a Mechanical Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (1974 batch) and is today, one of the acclaimed acoustic consultants in India.
Ishaan Suri heads the corporate marketing and business process functions at Interarch. He has done his Bachelors in Business and Economics from the London School of Economics, UK, and has also studied at the University of Rochester, USA.
A member to the board of Directors of Interarch, Ishaan looks after the core marketing front end for Interarch as well as business analytics, marketing execution and corporate and marketing communications at the company.
He also has experience in technical sales and solution providing of pre-engineered metal building systems, customer relationship management for sales as well as large scale project management.
He directly managed projects such as Interachs' work at IGI DIAL Terminal and also been a part client management of other large Interarch projects like Reliance DACC Commercial Complex, as well as many industrial projects such as Saint Gobain India Gypsum and other manufacturing facilities.
Ishaan also manages the departmental Business Processes backend and their functions and day to day operations relating to Interarchs' ERP, CRM and SAP ECC-R3 systems ensuring then company operations run with a smooth and efficient function throughout our 3 manufacturing facilities, 2 engineering centers and over 13 office locations.
Ishaan is the second generation at Interarch and is mentored by his father Gautam Suri and Arvind Nanda.
He has been a part of the Interarch team since 2005.
Dhanpal Jhaveri oversees the private equity business of the Everstone Group, an India and Southeast Asia focused private equity and real estate investor with approximately $3.3 billion funds under management. An astute dealmaker with a collaborative and hands-on approach, Dhanpal's leadership of Everstone's fast-growing private equity business is based on over 24 years' experience in investing, corporate strategy, M&A and investment banking.
Prior to joining Everstone, Dhanpal led the overall development of Future Capital Holdings as Executive Director. Dhanpal has also worked as Director (Corporate Strategy) with Vedanta Resources Pie. His other assignments included, Head of Investment Banking at ICICI Securities and Partner for Corporate Finance at KPMG.
Outside the boardroom, Dhanpal manages to spend time, sharing his deep experience to guide young and upcoming business leaders, as well as entrepreneurs, especially in his current role as President of TiE, Mumbai. He is also on the Board of Avasara Leadership Institute, an educational institution focused on accelerating academic and leadership outcomes for India's brightest girls.
Dhanpal also makes time for his passions of golf and photography.
Dhanpal holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from Babson College in 1992.
Vishal Sharma joined Everstone in 2014. He is responsible for evaluating new opportunities, thematic strategies and operational improvements for Everstone’s portfolio companies. Vishal has over 14 years of consulting and operations experience, having previously worked with the Boston Consulting Group, Sapient Corporation and Aztec Software. Vishal holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian School of Business.
